CSL Vifor in Switzerland seeks a Senior Manager, External Supply Quality Assurance to provide strategic quality oversight for CMOs across the region and lead a small international team based in Bern and Marburg.

You will ensure robust quality systems, oversee GMP compliance for sterile manufacturing, and support regulatory inspections while collaborating with internal stakeholders across CSL's external supply network.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8 years in a GxP-regulated pharma environment.
• Deep knowledge of EU GMP Annex 1 for sterile manufacturing.
• Proven leadership of international teams.
• Experience with CMOs and external supply networks.
• Fluent English; German language desirable.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic quality oversight for CMOs across the region.
• Lead an international team of three quality professionals in Bern and Marburg.
• Represent Quality in business reviews and regulatory activities.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive CAPAs and investigations.
• Support regulatory inspections and quality governance across CMOs and CSL sites.
• Facilitate change management and standardization of QA processes.
