Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biological sciences, or pharmacy.
• 8+ years in pharma/biopharma with financial analysis responsibility.
• Strong planning and cross-functional collaboration at manufacturing sites.
• Ability to build and communicate complex models and decision-support tools.
• Proven influence to advise senior leaders on priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or own workstreams in strategic network studies and scenario planning.
• Develop analyses linking strategic objectives to financial and manufacturing factors.
• Promote common network-modelling methods across regions and portfolios.
• Set governance, data standards, and performance measures for models.
• Chair governance reviews and guide decisions on models and data use.
• Define the roadmap for AI-enabled network modelling with Data teams.
• Advise senior leaders and translate complex scenarios into actionable recommendations.
• Identify risks and opportunities, driving data-driven decisions across Network Strategy.
