dormakaba Schweiz AG in Zürich, based in Rümlang, seeks a Global Mobility Advisor to manage international employee mobility programs, ensuring compliant, efficient, and positive experiences for assignees and the business. You will guide cross-border employment matters and coordinate assignments, relocations, and transfers across a global network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years in International HR and/or Rewards in a multinational environment with 3–5 years in Global Mobility.
• Strong knowledge of global mobility practices including assignments, tax equalization, localization and permanent transfers.
• Policy analysis, mobility program administration, vendor management, and stakeholder communication expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills across cultures and levels.
• Advanced MS Office 365 skills, especially Excel (data analysis, formulas, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
• Business fluency in English and solid German communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and continuously improve global mobility policies for assignments, transfers, and cross-border employment.
• Serve as main contact for HR and business stakeholders on international mobility matters.
• Coordinate end-to-end mobility cases with compliance and positive employee experience.
• Manage external mobility vendors for immigration, relocation, tax, and related services.
• Provide guidance and training on mobility policies, processes and compliance.
