Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or business.
- 10+ years in International HR/Rewards with 3-5 years in Global Mobility.
- Experience with international assignments, relocations, and immigration.
- Strong knowledge of tax equalization, localization, and transfers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Aufgaben
- Manage and improve global mobility policies for assignments and relocations.
- Main contact for HR and stakeholders on mobility matters.
- Coordinate end-to-end mobility cases ensuring compliance and positive experience.
- Manage external mobility vendors for immigration, relocation, tax services.
- Provide guidance and training on mobility policies and compliance.
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates.
- Partner with HR, Rewards, Legal, Finance to support mobility initiatives.
- Analyze mobility programs to identify efficiency improvements.
