Holcim in Zug, Switzerland seeks an International Mobility Manager to drive the setup and operation of our Global Employment Company. Based at the headquarters, you will translate strategic GEC designs into day-to-day processes and manage complex international assignment lifecycles.

You will oversee compensation cycles, collaborate with Tax, Immigration, and Payroll teams, and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal partners. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or International Law.
• 5–8 years managing international mobility portfolios.
• Experience with a Global Employment Company (GEC) structure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international tax, immigration, and employment law.

Aufgaben

• GEC Setup: support rollout of the Zug GEC and assignment workflows.
• Lifecycle management: oversee international assignment lifecycles with assignees and partners.
• Compliance: coordinate with tax, immigration, and legal advisors.
• Compensation & payroll: support annual cycles for international assignees.
• Vendor management: maintain relationships with external vendors and monitor service levels.
• Documentation: draft guidelines reflecting mobility policies and GEC framework updates.
