dormakaba International Holding AG in Switzerland seeks a seasoned Global Mobility Advisor to manage international assignments, relocations, and cross-border employment programs with a focus on compliant, efficient mobility and a positive employee experience.

You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to design policies, optimize processes, and guide stakeholders through regulatory changes while upholding business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• International tax knowledge is an advantage
• 10+ years in International HR/Rewards in a multinational environment with 3–5 years in Global Mobility
• Experience managing international assignments, relocations, immigration and mobility programs
• Strong knowledge of global mobility practices and tax equalization
• Policy analysis, program administration, vendor management and stakeholder communication
• Fluent English and strong German communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, formulas, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint

Aufgaben

• Manage and improve global mobility policies for international assignments, transfers, and cross-border employment
• Act as main contact for HR and stakeholders on international employment and mobility matters
• Coordinate end-to-end mobility cases while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance
• Manage external mobility vendors for immigration, relocation, tax, and related services
• Provide guidance and training on mobility policies, processes, and compliance
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates as needed
• Partner with HR, Rewards, Legal, Finance and leaders to support mobility initiatives
• Analyze mobility programs to identify efficiency and experience improvements
