Job summary

PAMP S.A. is seeking a Metal Operations Manager to lead a multi-location team across Geneva, Ticino, and international sites, reporting to the COO. The role focuses on refining metal operations, improving process efficiency, and owning IT platforms inbound and MIDAS.

You will drive performance, mentor a multi-site team, and coordinate with various departments while based in Ticino with travel as required.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Commodities or another relevant field.
10–15 years of work experience, preferably in a commodities trading house or financial institution.
2–3 years of experience in team and project management.

Responsibilities

Oversee metal operations: deliveries, pricing, invoicing, payments, reconciliation.
Manage and monitor precious metals deliveries, ensuring accuracy of information and documentation.
Monitor and reconcile client trade accounts, market positions and balances.
Ensure correct invoicing of goods and services.
Resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
Design and monitor operational KPIs with COO.
Define target process designs for Metal Operations with Business Process Analyst.
Promote collaboration with other departments.
Define user requirements and priorities for Inbound and MIDAS platforms with IT; facilitate UAT for releases.
