You will manage an R&D project portfolio, drive the technology roadmap, and collaborate across departments to implement solutions with clear business benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing and implementing manufacturing technologies.
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global cross-functional team of interdisciplinary specialists.
• Drive technology portfolio development and roadmaps.
• Develop and implement manufacturing and machining methods aligned with roadmaps.
• Optimize in-house and supplier manufacturing chains.
• Translate customer needs into technical specifications.
• Manage R&D project portfolio ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Collaborate with product, sourcing, quality and operations on tech topics.
• Expand the network with customers, suppliers and research institutes.
• Train and enable other departments in relevant technology topics.
