PAMP S.A. in Ticino (Switzerland) seeks a Metal Operations Manager to lead a 15‑person team across Geneva, Ticino, New York, and other locations, reporting to the COO. The role drives control of precious metals operations from receipt to storage and trading.

You will design and monitor KPIs with the COO, own IT product roadmaps for Inbound and MIDAS, mentor staff, and coordinate cross‑department processes to optimise efficiency and service quality.

• Oversees metal operations deliveries, pricing, invoicing, payments, reconciliation.
• Monitors client trade accounts, market positions, and balances.
• Ensures correct invoicing of goods and services.
• Escalates issues and coordinates with customer service, relationship managers, production, logistics, treasury, trading, and back office.
• Defines and monitors operational KPIs with the COO.
• Defines user requirements for IT platforms and facilitates UAT for releases.
