Based in Olten, you will prepare detailed schedules, work with the head office, and manage invoicing and offers. Fluency in German is essential, Italian and French are a plus, and independence is valued. On-site role with flexible hours.

You will join a dynamic team in Olten with occasional meetings at the Ticino main plant and opportunities for continuous training.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency; additional Italian and French appreciated.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects from a technical, economic and time perspective.
• Prepare detailed project schedules.
• Support projects with the head office.
• Prepare estimates and financial offers.
• Issue advance and final invoices.
• Accept work with site management and client.
