Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Switzerland seeks a Medical Head for the CHAT-CEE Subregion to guide medical strategy, clinical practice and scientific excellence across markets. You will partner with development, regulatory and commercial teams to deliver patient-focused outcomes.

The role requires an advanced degree with 10–15+ years in pharmaceutical leadership, strong matrix leadership, and a proven record of working across complex, global organizations. HQ-based with extensive travel expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required; MD preferred with 10-15+ years of pharmaceutical leadership experience.
• Experience leading in a complex, matrix organization across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into action and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-country medical organization with strong clinical and scientific depth.
• Drive strategy, culture and delivery of a first-in-class medical model for launches and portfolios.
• Build external partnerships and collaborate with Commercial, Access, Regulatory and Development teams.
