• 8+ years of experience in brand, commercial, or corporate communications, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong network of contacts across the sub-region.
• Proven track record of delivering high impact integrated, multi-channel communications programs in a regulated environment.
• Good understanding of the political environment in the region and ability to interpret how external changes can impact BMS and its reputation.
• Strategic thinking and strong digital, writing, content creation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience in working for large global organization, and strong ability to collaborate across the matrix with access, regulatory, medical and legal teams.
• Excellent ability to partner with business stakeholders, experience in working with senior executives.
• Fluent in English and German, additional language of the sub-region preferred.

• End-to-End Communications Execution for CHAT, focusing on Switzerland & Austria; develop and implement integrated CA plans across brands and initiatives.
• External Communications, Media & Reputation: manage media relations, thought leadership, and digital content; prepare messaging for milestones; support crisis management.
• Science, Brand, Product & Disease Awareness: drive communications for priority products and trials; ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Patient Advocacy & Stakeholder Communications: engage with patient organizations and reflect patient perspectives in initiatives.
• Internal Communications & Employee Engagement: align internal narratives with market priorities and leadership messaging.
