Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director of CHAT/CEE Corporate Affairs to lead strategic communications across Switzerland and neighboring markets. You will design end-to-end corporate affairs initiatives, oversee external communications, policy advocacy, and patient engagement, while coaching regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support global priorities.

The role requires senior-level leadership, Fluency in English and German, and a deep understanding of life sciences

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Corporate Affairs, brand, commercial, or corporate communications, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biopharma industry.
• Master's degree in Communications, Business, Sciences, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an end-to-end Corporate Affairs strategy for the CHAT/CEE sub-region.
• Coordinate narrative development, channel selection and execution across CA disciplines.
• Provide strategic direction on prioritization and report activity and metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with sub-region GM and business units to align CA with regional goals.
• Lead external communications, media relations and reputation management.
• Support executive communications for pipeline assets and launches.
• Shape policy and advocacy-related communications in partnership with Government Affairs and Market Access.
• Coach and develop CA colleagues; ensure alignment with global CA strategies.
• Establish a metrics framework to demonstrate CA value to business partners.
