Job summary

Straumann Group seeks a leader for Global Medical Education to advance training programs and educational initiatives across international markets. You will drive end-to-end delivery of course materials, manage a worldwide materials portfolio, and optimize costs in collaboration with finance, procurement, and supply chain teams.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent, 5+ years in the dentistry/medical device space, and strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in dentistry space within international medical device or healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record in cost optimization, lean management, and operational transformation.
• Experience working in global matrix organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of course and demo materials with internal and external partners.
• Drive lean management of the materials portfolio across regions and with external education partners.
• Strategic cost optimization initiatives with finance, procurement and supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with global education, product management and events teams to enable successful adoption.
