Straumann Group is seeking a strategic leader for Global Head of DSO Education Services to shape scalable education across clinical, business and leadership domains. You will define the Enterprise Education vision and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver differentiated, globally harmonised education solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, healthcare or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise education, services, business development or programme management.
• Proven ability to design and scale capability programmes from strategy through delivery.
• Understanding of clinical education and how it connects to business, leadership and workforce needs.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and champion the Enterprise Education vision, value proposition and global strategy.
• Develop short- and long-term strategies to scale and commercialise education across clinical, business and leadership domains.
• Translate DSO needs into differentiated propositions for C-suite leaders, providers, practice teams and platform teams.
• Create learning pathways that connect clinical excellence with business performance and leadership capability.
• Establish frameworks and governance to design, deliver and continuously improve education programmes for DSOs.
• Measure KPIs, track adoption and use evidence to refine the offer and demonstrate value.
