• International relational excellence (B2C) — be the preferred contact point and the brand’s image to a demanding international private clientele (phone, email).
• Watchmaking service follow-up — ensure the monitoring of parts entrusted to our after-sales workshop and offer each client absolute transparency on the progress of their service.
• Resolution of complex situations — manage the resolution of delicate cases, in direct synergy with internal departments and the global network of Citizen subsidiaries.
• Client reception — embody the House’s sense of welcome during physical appointments dedicated to our private clients and collaborators, at the Geneva site.
• Management of commercial proposals — develop, enhance and monitor tailor‑made service offers proposed to clients.
• Versatility and B2B support — ensure continuity of the client relationship by supporting operational communication for the Swiss and international markets.
• Operational agility — contribute to the daily outreach of the Customer Service by participating in the team’s transversal projects and challenges.
