Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in international events and project management.
• Strong organization, communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts for international press and client events.
• Create event plans, timelines and budgets; ensure execution from conception to post-event analysis.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and partners.
• Oversee on-site execution and guest experience for VIPs.
• Monitor budgets and analyze event performance.
