Job summary

ON.com LLC in Zürich is seeking a Head of Creative Store Design to chart the strategic direction for global retail touchpoints. You will lead a high-performing design team and drive end-to-end concept development across DTC, distributor, and franchise formats.

You will guide spatial planning, fixture programs, and visual storytelling from site analysis to global rollout, collaborating with Real Estate, Development, and franchise partners while upholding premium brand standards and construction

Qualifications

• Experience in spatial, architectural, or retail concept design.
• Proven track record leading creative teams in multi-market environments.
• End-to-end retail concept development and fixture programs.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD/Archicad, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Set overarching design direction across all DTCr formats, from flagship experiences to outlets, ensuring a unified, premium brand aesthetic worldwide.
• Lead development, evolution, and global dissemination of Retail Design Playbooks and next-generation 4.0 spatial toolboxes.
• Oversee the end-to-end creative workstream from site analysis through schematic sign-off across global rollout projects.
• Steer integration of visual merchandising campaigns, digital technologies, and sustainable design standards into physical retail environments.
• Partner with Real Estate, Development, and regional construction teams to ensure spatial feasibility and smooth hand-offs.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Retail Excellence to align layouts with commercial productivity and customer flow.
• Direct external design agencies, local architects, and franchise partners to uphold design standards and RACIs across rollouts.
• Direct, inspire, and mentor a global and regional design team with IDPs for career growth.
