Vacheron Constantin seeks an experienced Client Advisor for our Geneva boutique to deliver a highly personalized luxury experience. You will engage with discerning clients, guiding them through our collections with discretion and expertise.

You will build long-term relationships with local and international guests, demonstrating expert knowledge of Haute Horlogerie while achieving boutique sales targets and upholding the Maison’s service standards.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury goods retail or high-end luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver a warm, personalized in-store journey and cultivate client relationships.
• Drive boutique sales and achieve turnover targets while following retail guidelines.
• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing Vacheron Constantin stories and product knowledge.
• Support flawless boutique operations and collaborate with colleagues.
