Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or natural sciences field.
• Assay Development with a background in Software Engineering.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in Waterfall and Agile (SAFe) environments.
• IT/Tools: MS Office, Google Suite, Planisware, Monday, ADO.

Aufgaben

• Sets up and implements project structures for product development and care activities, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Creates and maintains integrated project plans with dependencies and budgets; ensures quality implementation.
• Executes project management processes, guiding milestone preparation and capacity reviews.
• Follows best practices and fosters continuous improvement across project and product teams.
• Applies agile methods where appropriate, coaching teams in project methodology and SAFe practices.
