Job-Room is seeking a Life Sciences - Engineering Project Manager in Rotkreuz for a 12‑month contract. You will set up project structures, manage budgets, risks, and milestones, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across development and product care activities.

The role requires a technical Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of PM experience in Waterfall and SAFe environments, plus strong MS Office/Google Suite and PM software skills. On‑site in Rotkreuz. Immediate start.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or natural sciences field.
• Background in Biochemistry and Chemistry.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in Waterfall and Agile (SAFe) environments.
• MS Office / Google Suite, Project Management Software.

Aufgaben

• Sets up and implements project structures for development and care activities, including timelines, resources, budgets, and cost control.
• Maintains integrated project plans with dependencies and budgets to enable efficient team delivery.
• Guides and applies agile methods where appropriate, coaching teams in project methodology.
• Manages meetings and knowledge sharing to enhance project effectiveness and delivery.
• Reports KPIs, OKRs, or OBPs to measure quality, efficiency, and progress.
