Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in a technical or natural sciences field.
• 3–5 years project management experience in Waterfall and Agile (SAFe).
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Suite and PM software (Monday, ADO, Planisware).
• English required; German helpful.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Sets up and implements project structures for development and care activities with timelines, resources and budgets.
• Creates and maintains integrated project plans with dependencies and budgets.
• Accountable for quality in risk management, critical path, scenarios, budget and planning.
• Executes PM processes and guides milestone readiness and capacity reviews; drives improvements.
• Applies agile methods as appropriate, blending with non-Agile where needed.
• Manages meetings and knowledge sharing; fosters positive team dynamics.
• Establishes KPIs/OKRs and reports progress to stakeholders.
• Acts as Agile Program Manager and trusted advisor for holistic planning and data.
