ITech Consult AG is seeking a Global Project Manager for Lab Automation across Biochemistry and Chemistry in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. The role drives product delivery from concept to completion using detailed work plans, budgets, and risk management.
Requires 3–5 years of PM experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments, fluent English; German is a plus. The candidate will coordinate with functions across sub-chapters, establish KPIs/OKRs, and act as a trusted advisor for portfolio planning
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or natural sciences field.
- Demonstrated Lab Automation experience in Biochemistry and Chemistry.
- 3–5 years of project management experience (up to 15 years welcome).
- Proficient in Waterfall and Agile (SAFe/Hybrid) environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Planisware; fluent English; German helpful.
Aufgaben
- Sets up and maintains integrated project plans with dependencies, resources, and budgets.
- Executes project management processes, milestone reviews, and capacity reviews; drives continuous improvement.
- Applies agile methods when appropriate; coaches teams in project methodology.
- Manages meetings and knowledge sharing to enhance delivery; communicates risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Establishes KPIs/OKRs and provides high-level portfolio planning data for decision making.
