• Experience leading projects in biotechnology/pharma/chemical GMP environments
• PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus
• On-site leadership with senior stakeholders on site

Aufgaben

• Identify critical issues across the organization and lead strategic analysis and design to implement improvements
• Prioritize improvements with senior stakeholders on site based on customer needs
• Lead decision making with Site Leadership and establish governance and delivery structures
• Drive delivery of improvements and manage change (people, process & technology) with SMEs
• Ensure alignment with other local programs and provide ongoing reporting
• Collaborate with other project managers to share best practices and improve ways of working
• Model a mindset of continuous improvement
