Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or related field; PhD or MBA is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in pharma/diagnostics or regulated environments.
• Clear hands-on experience across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial and Regulatory.
• Drive multi-year strategic planning during early stages of the Product Lifecycle (PLC).
• Define and enforce global launch design standards and governance for regulatory compliance.
