Zusammenfassung

TransPerfect Inc in Zürich is seeking a Sales Associate to develop new business relationships and be the first line of support for existing clients. You will understand our service capabilities and educate clients on our language and technology solutions.

Key requirements include a minimum bachelor’s degree, superb German and English communication, and experience in a high-tech environment. Travel to client meetings is expected as part of sales activities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Strong written and spoken communication in German & English.
• Experience in a high tech environment.
• Familiarity with web technologies, desktop publishing software, databases and networks.
• Good analytical skills to project revenues and budgets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel to offsite client or sales meetings.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business relationships and serve as the first level of client support.
• Understand capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s services.
• Identify prospective customers and target organizations for sales activities.
• Develop client relationships via cold calling, the Internet, and trade shows.
• Coordinate with Sales Management to identify, qualify, develop and close opportunities.
• Promote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect’s services.
• Provide customer support and manage client expectations with Production Management.
• Manage pricing and contractual issues per company procedures.
• Learn about each client’s industry and identify new business opportunities.
