Job summary

Bacardi invites a Global Labels and Cartons Category Manager to lead worldwide sourcing for labels and cartons, aligning with long-term growth and key stakeholders in Genève, Switzerland. You will shape strategies with suppliers, drive value, risk management, and sustainability, ensuring on-time delivery across regions.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 3–5+ years in procurement, English fluency, and a proven track record of transforming sourcing strategies in or with consumer goods.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering; CIPS preferred.
• 3–5 years+ in procurement or supply chain, preferably packaging.
• Experience in F&B or FMCG advantageous.
• Proven track record transforming sourcing strategies.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, French) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of global sourcing strategies to maximize leverage.
• Define and align global sourcing strategies with Bacardi’s objectives.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders for strategy sign-off.
• Lead global implementation of sourcing strategies and coach regional leaders.
• Establish best-in-class sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship practices.
• Set budgets and update long-term financial plans with finance partners.
• Enable regional sourcing opportunities to support growth ambitions.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and integrate them into processes.
• Execute supplier management strategies including business reviews.
• Ensure supplier compliance with sourcing policies and sustainability standards.
• Develop diversified supplier base for innovation and resilience.
