• Define, build and align global sourcing strategies maximizing Bacardi's leverage worldwide.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure strategy alignment and sign-off.
• Lead the global implementation of sourcing strategies with regional leaders for execution.
• Establish best-in-class sourcing and contracting practices with supplier relationship management and auditable reporting.
• Set and manage budget targets and contribute to long-term financial planning with finance partners.
