Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Leader to steer the strategic operations of its Global Knowledge Management (GKM) team. This role oversees administration, governance, budgeting, and personnel across CSL Group’s information services, with a focus on AI-driven knowledge delivery and data standards.

The position requires extensive leadership experience in pharmaceutical knowledge management, international stakeholders, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects while optimizing resources

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations for a global knowledge management and insight advisory service across CSL Group.
• Oversee budget administration, governance, and personnel management of the Global Knowledge Management team.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and data resources to ensure cost efficiency and value.
• Drive data standards, information governance, and AI-enabled information delivery initiatives.
• Foster collaboration with internal/external knowledge services and regulatory bodies to meet business needs.
