Job summary

CSL is seeking a senior leader to head the Global Knowledge Management function, overseeing administration, governance, budgeting, and personnel for a world-class information management and insight advisory service across the CSL Group.

The role includes driving data standards, information management program development, and collaboration with global stakeholders to maximize data value and usage, with focus on AI and API integration.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Five or more years in global leadership roles.
• Experience in knowledge management, research and development, or medical affairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations of CSL's knowledge management and insight advisory service across the group.
• Contribute to data standards, governance and information management program development.
• Manage resources, budgeting, policy, and personnel for the Global Knowledge Management team.
• Drive vendor relationships and procurement decisions for knowledge resources and databases.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external knowledge services and libraries.
