Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence to guide strategic and tactical intelligence for commercialization and lifecycle planning. You will partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, and commercial teams on market insights and decision support.

The role requires 7+ years in business, 5+ years in CI, and strong analytics, with some travel. A BA/BS is required, advanced degree preferred, and global manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant business experience, including 5+ years in competitive intelligence, 2 years in advanced analytics, and 3+ years in secondary market research.
• Pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience required; experience within a global manufacturing organization preferred.
• Some travel required.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with demonstrated ability to apply Competitive Intelligence methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets and external Competitive Intelligence vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supports CI outputs integrated into business decision-making and strategy development.
• Identifies industry drivers, risks, opportunities, and competitive threats for commercialization planning.
• Partners with TA/Brand teams and Insights to define KITs/KIQs and intelligence plans.
• Translates intelligence into timely insights and actionable recommendations for decision-making.
• Optimizes CI resources, tools, and systems across regions and cross-functional teams.
