Zusammenfassung

Zurich Insurance is seeking a passionate insights expert to join the Customer, Market & Brand Insights team. You will oversee the Global Brand tracking and Relationship NPS studies, working with 20+ markets to diagnose brand health and customer experience and to translate data into actions.

Reporting to the Head of Global Brand Tracking & NPS, you will plan, deliver and evolve these tools, apply AI to speed analysis, and present clear recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business studies, data science, psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing insights to actions programs.
• Experience with NPS and/or brand tracking methodologies preferred.
• Interest in applying AI tools to insights practice.

Aufgaben

• Act as customer champion, guiding organization on key insights to drive actions.
• Own global studies and ad hoc RNPS data delivery with robust KPIs.
• Apply AI to insight work to increase efficiency in data processing and reporting.
• Define and conduct global studies coordinating markets and agencies.
• Analyze feedback, report insights, and present to senior stakeholders.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for business improvement.
