Zusammenfassung

On is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Quality Intelligence to transform post-market data into actionable insights that drive product improvements and protect consumer trust. You will unify Warranty, Returns, Feedback, Reviews, and Quality data to provide a single view of product performance for global teams and suppliers.

You will build scalable dashboards, apply AI/text analytics, and present executive-ready insights to influence product and business decisions from our Zurich hub.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or related fields.
• Advanced SQL and strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and scalable data models.
• Experience applying AI, text analytics, or NLP to consumer data such as feedback, reviews or warranty information.

Aufgaben

• Develop a unified Product Quality Intelligence model by integrating diverse quality data.
• Build scalable dashboards and self-service reporting across markets, products, and suppliers.
• Monitor quality trends and identify emerging defects and consumer pain points.
• Deliver timely insights to enable proactive quality interventions.
• Translate quality data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
