SIDLER SA in Central Switzerland is seeking a Senior Business Analytics & Insights professional to convert complex data into strategic actions across commercial, product, pricing, inventory and growth initiatives.

You will build scalable analytics capabilities, deliver dashboards and KPIs, and partner with Executive Management, Finance, Product, Marketing, Digital and Supply Chain to drive international expansion.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, or related analytical roles.
• Experience within apparel, consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or other SKU-intensive businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data modelling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working across multiple business functions.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.

• Develop business insights and performance reporting across markets, channels, products, and customer segments.
• Build analytical models to support commercial, product, pricing, inventory, and strategic business decisions.
• Drive demand forecasting methodologies and improve forecast accuracy through data-driven analysis.
• Analyze inventory performance, product availability, and stock optimization opportunities.
• Generate customer and commercial insights, including retention, lifetime value, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting to improve business visibility and decision-making.
