Zusammenfassung

GenTwo in Zurich is seeking a Customer Data Specialist to own data quality across CRM and GTM systems. You will connect campaigns data, report on performance, and translate insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes governance, self-service analytics, and building KPI-driven dashboards. Hybrid work with a central Zurich office, and access to company-wide AI tooling.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in customer analytics or BI.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on HubSpot/Salesforce experience, including admin and workflow work.
• Strong reporting and analytics across multiple data sources.
• Fluent in English.
• Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required.

Aufgaben

• You will analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, pipeline quality and translate findings into actionable recommendations for the business.
• You will build the reporting layer with accurate, self-refreshing dashboards based on agreed KPI definitions.
• You will resolve advanced reporting requests quickly and enable self-service through documentation and training.
• You will own CRM workflows, ensuring permissions, integrations, and configurations align with business needs and acting as the first point of contact when issues arise.
• You will guard data quality across HubSpot and related tools, spotting drifts and collaborating with stakeholders to fix root causes.
• You will apply AI thoughtfully to simplify repetitive work and drive business value.
