Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Global Innovation Manager based in Lucerne, Switzerland, to drive end-to-end project execution across our global innovation pipeline. The role focuses on Europe, Africa, AUS/NZ, LATAM, and Asia, coordinating cross-functional teams to move concepts from idea to shelf.

The ideal candidate has hands-on FMCG commercialisation experience, excels at stakeholder management without direct authority, and can operate in a hybrid Swiss office environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project management or commercialisation experience in FMCG, beverage alcohol, CPG, or manufacturing sectors (physical goods).
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end commercialisation from initial idea to shelf.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-project pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management without direct line authority.
• Exceptional attention to detail, planning, and organisational capabilities.
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule based out of the Lucerne, Switzerland office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central execution link across Brand Teams, Operations, Procurement, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, and regional partners.
• Lead project status meetings, alignment sessions, and cross-departmental reviews across global time zones.
• Guide projects through stage-gate commercialisation steps, including scope/design lock, artwork approvals, and master data setup.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Prioritise and manage a varied project portfolio across multiple brand portfolios and maturity stages.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and develop swift mitigation plans with leadership.
