Sazerac Company is seeking a Marketing & Corporate Services Procurement Director in a hybrid role based in Luzern, Switzerland. The candidate will develop sourcing strategies across Marketing and indirect categories, partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and HR, and drive cost savings and supplier performance improvements.

The role demands managing category specialists, leadership experience, and strong negotiation and analytical skills to support enterprise-wide procurement objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to develop category strategies, manage suppliers, and negotiate complex contracts.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and relationship management skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal or Finance teams and executive-level stakeholder mgmt.
• Proficiency with procurement tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement category strategies for Marketing and Corporate Services, aligned with business objectives
• Lead sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for Marketing, IT software/hardware, HR programs, and travel management
• Drive procurement initiatives delivering cost savings, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation
• Establish governance, KPIs, and scorecards to monitor supplier performance and contract compliance
• Support policy adherence, process standardization, and technology adoption
• Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and continuous improvement
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to deliver best marketing return on investments
• Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and HR to identify demand and design sourcing solutions
• Manage the Corporate & Professional Services Procurement team, coaching category specialists
