Qualifikationen

• Hands-on project management or commercialization experience in FMCG/beverage alcohol/CPG.
• End-to-end commercialization of physical products.
• Strong cross-functional influencing and stakeholder management.
• Hybrid work arrangement from Lucerne office.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional teams across Brand, Operations, Procurement, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, and regional partners.
• Influence without direct authority to align multiple partners.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and cross-departmental reviews across time zones.
• Drive end-to-end idea-to-shelf commercialisation steps including scope/design approvals and data setup.
• Manage a diversified project portfolio across brands and markets.
• Make project-level decisions and mitigate risks with leadership.
• Improve delivery performance to land launches on time and within budget.
• Support global brand growth by expanding product ranges across markets.
• Streamline workflows to enable best-in-class launch execution.
