AB InBev in Zug, Switzerland, seeks a Global Sourcing Manager to lead indirects category strategy, negotiate global contracts, and drive cost savings across a multi-hundred-million spend portfolio. You will coordinate with senior leaders and regional teams to ensure supply security, ESG alignment, and innovation across the 6 geographic zones.

You will build robust supplier relationships, mentor buyers, and champion data-driven decision making using advanced analytics and benchmarking techniques.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a relevant field (engineering, business, economics, supply chain, etc.).
• Around 4–8 years of professional experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
• Interest in indirect procurement categories including professional services, facilities, real estate, and utilities.
• Strong data skills with the ability to turn data into insights and compelling leadership visuals.
• Professional English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support delivery of cost targets and cash flow improvements through pricing and terms.
• Develop category strategies for key services using ABI’s 8-Step Sourcing methodology.
• Execute global sourcing and contract negotiations for top supplier contracts.
• Manage SRM and new supplier development across a global supplier base.
• Own budgeting processes and cost package governance.
• Engage senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Leverage data/benchmarks to identify opportunities; drive year-over-year savings.
