Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in brand marketing, marketing activation, or category management with proven execution of plans.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budgeting, planning and/or financial analysis.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with data-driven tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across markets and functions.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in an international environment.

• Lead campaigns from concept to in-store execution, making global strategies locally relevant.
• Localize global marketing tool kits and brand strategies.
• Collaborate with distributors, sales and marketing to deliver brand building.
• Manage time and resources to achieve volume, profit and KPI targets.
• Oversee agency work and partnerships with global distributors for creative outputs.
• Support development and launch of new products within budgets and timelines.
