Sazerac Company in Lucerne, Switzerland seeks a Global Innovation Manager to drive end-to-end project execution across our global pipeline, with a primary focus on Europe, Africa, AUS/NZ, LATAM, and Asia. This role sits within the Global Innovation & Commercialisation team and reports to the Director of Innovation & Commercialisation.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on project management or commercialisation experience in FMCG, beverage alcohol, CPG, or manufacturing.
• End-to-end commercialisation experience from initial marketing idea to shelf.
• Ability to manage multi-project pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management without direct authority.
• Hybrid schedule based out of the Lucerne, Switzerland office.

• Serve as the central execution link driving alignment across Brand Teams, Operations, Procurement, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, and regional partners.
• Lead regular project status meetings and cross-departmental reviews to maintain transparent communication.
• Guide projects through all stage-gate steps from scope to artwork to initial shipment logistics.
• Track, prioritize, and manage a varied project portfolio across multiple brands.
• Own risk mitigation and swift contingency planning with leadership.
• Drive on-time, on-budget launches and continuous delivery improvements.
• Support growth of brand ranges across global markets and optimise processes.
