Job summary

Unilabs is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to strengthen our team in Dübendorf for a 12-month contract. You will lead the full recruitment process and support onboarding, HR administration, and reporting.

You will collaborate with leaders to define role requirements, act as the ATS administrator, and support HR processes and reporting across the Swiss business. Fluent German, Italian and English are essential to succeed in this international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable HR or talent acquisition role.
• Experience in recruitment in the medical field, life sciences, healthcare, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in German, Italian, and English.
• Strong organisational skills, careful and detail-oriented working style, ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with leaders to define job requirements for successful hiring.
• Act as a key user for our ATS and support HR processes and reporting.
