• Shape the Future of Process Excellence — Lead the development and execution of our global Process Excellence (PEx) strategy, roadmap, and governance framework, aligning priorities with business objectives, digital initiatives, and financial goals.
• Drive Enterprise Value Creation — Own a global portfolio of process improvement initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact through productivity, cost savings, quality improvements and efficiency gains.
• Lead Business Transformation — Champion end-to-end process transformation across strategic programs: assessment, future-state design, standardization, optimization and implementation.
• Advance Automation and Digital Enablement — Lead automation capabilities and scale solutions that simplify work and improve experiences and performance.
• Own Enterprise Portfolio & Work Management Excellence — Provide leadership for Workfront and portfolio governance, demand management and resource planning.
• Deliver Complex Transformation Programs — Build and lead enterprise-wide programs, establish governance, manage stakeholders and ensure adoption into operations.
• Enable Data-Driven Performance Management — Develop dashboards, KPIs, portfolio health metrics and realization tracking for executive decision-making.
• Build and Inspire High-Performing Teams — Lead globally distributed teams across Process Excellence, Automation and Enterprise Work Management.
• Create Scalable Operating Models — Design standards, governance processes, playbooks and best practices for organizational effectiveness.
• Apply Industry-Leading Improvement Methodologies — Use Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, value stream mapping, process mining and analytics to drive outcomes.
• Partner with Senior Leadership — Advise executives on opportunities, investments, barriers and delivery acceleration.
• Champion Change and Adoption — Lead change initiatives ensuring new processes and tools are embedded and sustained.
