EF Education First Ltd. seeks a Head of Organic Growth and SEO to define and lead a global strategy across search, social, AI, and off-site channels.

You will build scalable content frameworks and multilingual guidance, partnering with local teams to ensure consistency and impact. You will manage 6–8 specialists and collaborate with paid media, creative, PR, and engineering to drive enrollment growth through organic channels, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 10+ years in organic marketing with global multi-market, multi-language experience.
• Strong technical SEO understanding.
• Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through organic discovery in complex industries.
• Hands-on experience optimizing for traditional and AI-driven search.
• Expertise in driving discovery on platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience leading and developing specialist organic teams.
• Strong commercial mindset linking KPIs to revenue and enrollment outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Experience in education, travel, or other high-consideration B2C categories.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global strategy for organic visibility across search, social, AI, and off-site channels.
• Oversee technical SEO architecture, crawlability, indexing, site performance, and multilingual strategy.
• Build scalable content frameworks and global guidelines for local execution.
• Stay ahead of trends in search, social, and AI; adapt to algorithm shifts.
• Lead a team of 6–8 specialists across SEO, content, technical, and social.
• Collaborate with paid media, creative, PR, and engineering to integrate organic growth.
• Champion data-driven decision making with query research, citation tracking, and testing.
• Define and report organic KPIs and build attribution dashboards across channels.
