Job summary

On seeks a Senior Specialist - Organic Growth to shape how customers discover On across search engines and AI platforms. You will own technical SEO, GEO execution, site architecture and performance, partnering with engineering, product and commercial teams to turn opportunities into measurable improvements.

You will translate priorities into Jira tickets, run data-driven experiments, and guide agency and tech partners to deliver outcomes at scale for our global ecommerce experience.
