Job summary

EF Zurich is seeking a Head of Organic Growth and SEO to define and execute a holistic strategy across search, social and AI-driven channels, spanning 50+ markets and 25+ languages. You will lead a team of 6–8 specialists and collaborates with paid media, creative, PR and engineering to align organic growth with enrollment goals.

In this role you will own technical SEO foundations, multilingual strategy, and content frameworks, staying ahead of trends and ensuring consistency across channels

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in organic marketing with global, multi-market, multi-language scale.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO.
• Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through organic discovery in complex industries.
• Hands-on experience optimizing for both traditional and AI-driven search.
• Expertise in driving discovery and engagement on platforms such as TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience leading and developing specialist organic teams.
• Strong commercial mindset, with ability to connect organic KPIs to enrollment outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Experience in education, travel, or other high-consideration B2C categories.

Responsibilities

• Own the global strategy for organic visibility across search, social, AI, and off-site channels.
• Deliver technical architecture and oversee core SEO fundamentals including crawlability, indexing, and multilingual strategy.
• Build scalable content frameworks and global guidelines for local teams.
• Stay ahead of trends in search, social, and AI, adapting to algorithm shifts.
• Define and report on organic KPIs and attribution dashboards across channels.
