EF Language Abroad, part of Education First, seeks a Head of Organic Growth and SEO to define and execute a global strategy across search, social, AI, and off-site channels to boost student enrollment in 50+ markets and 25+ languages.

You will lead a 6–8 person team, collaborating with paid media, creative, PR, and engineering to integrate organic growth into broader acquisition efforts. The role is 100% in-office, centered in Zurich.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in organic marketing with global multi-market scope.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO.
• Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through organic discovery in complex industries.
• Hands-on experience optimizing for traditional and AI-driven search.
• Experience leading and developing specialist organic teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.

Aufgaben

• Own global organic visibility strategy across search, social, AI, and off-site channels.
• Deliver technical SEO architecture: crawlability, indexing, site performance, structured data, and multilingual strategy.
• Build scalable content frameworks and global guidelines for local teams.
• Drive a content strategy to build strong brand signals across search, social, and AI platforms.
• Define organic KPIs and build attribution dashboards across traditional and AI-driven channels.
