You will own technical SEO, site architecture and data-driven performance insights, partnering with engineering, product, and agencies to turn opportunities into tangible improvements.

You will translate priorities into Jira tickets and roadmaps, build trusted relationships across teams, and communicate complex ideas clearly in a changing search landscape.

The role owns technical SEO and GEO execution, site architecture and search performance insights, working with engineering, commercial teams and agency partners to turn opportunities into delivered improvements. The impact: stronger global visibility, non-brand demand and sustainable direct-to-consumer growth.

The Senior Specialist - Organic Growth role will report to the Senior Lead on the organic growth team supporting the Global Digital Product Team.

Your Mission

• Grow On's visibility across search engines and AI discovery platforms, turning emerging opportunities into practical experiments
• Improve crawlability, indexation, site performance, structured data and product discovery across On's global e-commerce experience
• Partner with product and engineering teams to protect organic performance through platform changes, migrations and new launches
• Translate organic growth priorities into clear Jira tickets, measurable experiments and deliverable roadmaps
• Guide agency and technology partners, aligning their work with On's priorities and holding projects accountable for outcomes
• Use search, AI visibility and commercial data to identify opportunities and communicate their impact to stakeholders

Your Story

• You bring experience in technical SEO for a brand or e-commerce business, with an educational background in marketing, business, computer science or a related field
• You understand how search engines discover and evaluate large websites, from rendering and indexation to site architecture and structured data. You're comfortable working with data and technical tools
• You're a strong project manager who can turn opportunities into clear briefs, Jira tickets and plans, then keep work moving across teams
• You build trusted relationships with product, engineering, content and commercial stakeholders, balancing different priorities without losing sight of the outcome
• You communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and bring curiosity and sound judgment to a changing search landscape

Your Team

You'll join On's lean, global Organic Growth team, led by the Senior Lead, Organic Growth. Together with fellow SEO specialists, engineering and product teams, and dedicated agency partners, you'll grow how people discover On and its products across search and AI platforms. The team combines technical expertise, commercial thinking and experimentation, working closely with content, brand marketing and merchandising teams to turn ideas into measurable impact.
