Zusammenfassung

MSF Operational Center Geneva (MSF OCG) in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks a Head of Learning & Development to shape and drive the L&D strategy for the organisation’s global workforce. You will lead the L&D team, oversee the budget and ensure our learning initiatives align with MSF's humanitarian mission, values and operations across multiple departments and geographies.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in HR, Learning & Development, Education or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in Learning & Development or people development.
• Experience leading teams and managing significant programmes and resources.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the HR strategy and HR transformation, aligning learning and development priorities.
• Define and steer the L&D strategy and multi-year programme translating priorities into plans.
• Lead design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development approaches and solutions.
• Represent OCG in relevant MSF L&D platforms and build external/internal partnerships.
