Zusammenfassung

MSF Switzerland is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive learning and development strategy within MSF OCG. You will shape the L&D priorities, advise senior management and translate organisational needs into effective programmes across a multicultural, international context.

The role oversees the design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives, manages budget and resources, and strengthens partnerships across the Movement.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in Learning & Development or people development.
• Experience leading and developing teams and managing significant programmes and resources.
• Experience working with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Humanitarian experience, preferably with MSF, is an asset.
• Fluent professional English and French.

• Develops and implements the HR strategy and transformation.
• Leads L&D strategy and multi-year programmes.
• Oversees the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development approaches, programmes and solutions.
• Represents OCG in relevant MSF L&D platforms and partnerships.
